WARM-UP run, high knees, frog jumps, rebounds
STRETCH lunge, straddle, pike, butterfly, splits, wrists, ankles, neck
STRENGTH push-ups, crunches, back bends
JUMPS- proper technique of jumps.
TUMBLING (based on level of each girl) cartwheels, roundoffs, back-handsprings, back tucks
CHEER TECHNIQUE knowledge of cheer arm positions
